Through the FONO agency structure, registered agencies can receive commission based on the eligible earnings generated by their associated streamers.
An agency’s job is to find suitable streamers, help them register correctly, and support them so they stay active and follow FONO policies. The agency does not take calls itself – its income comes from the 10% commission on its streamers’ eligible earnings.
This guide explains Fono Agency Registration, commission rates, withdrawal requirements and important recruitment policies.

According to the FONO Policy dated 08 December 2025, FONO pays registered agencies a flat agency commission of 10%. The commission is based on the eligible earnings of the streamers registered under the agency, and the minimum agency withdrawal is 100,000 Beans.
Each time a registered streamer earns eligible Beans from calls or gifts, 10% of that amount counts toward the agency’s commission. Because the rate is flat, an agency grows its commission by growing the number of active, rule-compliant streamers – not by reaching a higher tier.
Only eligible earnings count. Earnings that the platform reverses, disqualifies or does not credit are not a basis for commission.
FONO agency commission explained in detail| Particulars | Details |
|---|---|
| Agency Commission | 10% |
| Minimum Withdrawal | 100,000 Beans |
| Commission Basis | Registered Streamer Earnings |
100,000 Beans × 10% = 10,000 Beans
If eligible streamer earnings total 100,000 Beans, a 10% commission would represent 10,000 Beans. This is an illustrative calculation, not a guaranteed payable commission. The platform calculates the actual amount.
Agency commission can be withdrawn once the agency balance reaches 100,000 Beans. Using the policy’s conversion of 1,000 Beans = ₹10, 100,000 Beans corresponds to ₹1,000. The supplied policy states this conversion in the streamer salary section, so confirm the rate that applies to agency withdrawals in your agency account.
With a flat 10% commission, reaching 100,000 Beans in commission means the agency’s streamers have generated about 1,000,000 Beans of eligible earnings in total.
Withdrawals are subject to platform eligibility, verification and the rules in force at the time. Penalties for rule violations can be deducted from agency commission.
Recruitment rules listed in the supplied policy. They exist to stop agencies poaching streamers from each other.
Verification pending: these recruitment rules are reproduced from the FONO Policy dated 08 December 2025, but the source text of that policy refers to “Kandy” in its recruitment restrictions. Until their applicability to FONO is confirmed, treat them as reported policy text, not as confirmed FONO rules, and check the current rules with your FONO agency manager or in the app before acting on them.
Agents must not recruit streamers from other agents. The source policy states this rule for “Kandy”.
Promoting other platforms is prohibited. The source policy states this rule as “on Kandy”.
A streamer cannot join multiple agents simultaneously.
Agents must not recruit existing hosts from other agencies on the platform.
The supplied policy sets escalating penalties for agencies that break the recruitment rules. Penalties are charged in Beans, and repeated violations can end the agency relationship altogether.
Because a single first-offence penalty (100,000 Beans) equals the entire minimum withdrawal amount, one violation can wipe out a significant share of an agency’s commission.
Read FONO agency rules and regulations explained| Violation | Penalty |
|---|---|
| First Offence | 100,000 Beans |
| Second Offence | 500,000 Beans |
| Repeated Violations | Commission deductions and possible termination of agency cooperation |
