The FONO agency commission is one of the simplest in the live-app industry: a single flat rate with no tiers. This article explains how it is calculated, when you can withdraw it and what can reduce it, based on the FONO Policy dated 08 December 2025.

Every registered agency receives 10% of the eligible earnings of its registered streamers. Whether an agency has five streamers or five hundred, the percentage is the same; the total grows only with the streamers’ eligible earnings.
What counts as “eligible” earnings?
Commission is based on what streamers actually earn and the platform credits – for example Beans from video calls, audio calls and virtual gifts. Earnings that the platform does not credit, reverses or disqualifies do not create commission. The platform calculates the final figure.

If eligible streamer earnings total 100,000 Beans, a 10% commission would represent 10,000 Beans. This is an illustrative calculation, not guaranteed payable commission.

Minimum agency withdrawal: 100,000 Beans
An agency can withdraw commission once it reaches 100,000 Beans. As the table shows, that requires about 1,000,000 Beans of eligible earnings across your streamers. Growing a network of active streamers is therefore the key to regular agency withdrawals.
