Complete Fono Agency Registration Guide

A detailed, step-by-step walkthrough: preparation checklist, registration, onboarding your first streamers and the mistakes that cost agencies Beans.

This guide takes you through Fono Agency Registration from preparation to your first active streamers. If you are still deciding whether the agency model is right for you, start with how to join Fono Agency in India. All figures come from the FONO Policy dated 08 December 2025.

Step 0: Preparation checklist

Go through this list before you download the app and register:

  • You understand the 10% flat commission and the 100,000 Beans minimum agency withdrawal.
  • You have read the recruitment rules and the penalty table.
  • You know the host requirements: no profile picture, no audition video, but a personal PAN card number.
  • You have a plan to reach people who are new to FONO.
  • You use a phone number and accounts you control, so you don’t lose access to your agency later.

Step 1: Download the FONO app

Use the Join as Agency button on our Fono Agency page. It downloads the FONO app for Android (APK). Use only that link – never pay anyone for a download or registration link.

Step 2: Register as an agency with referral code ALFVVDRU

Open the app, choose agency registration and enter referral code ALFVVDRU. Fill in your details accurately and keep a record of your agency ID or code once you receive it – your streamers will need it to register under you.

Step 3: Onboard your first streamers

Each streamer registers as a host under your agency. Help them with these points:

Correct PAN details

Every host must enter their own personal PAN card number. The policy warns that incorrect PAN details may prevent future Bean withdrawals, which would hurt both the streamer and your commission.

Realistic expectations

Show them the real level-based rates rather than the top figure only:

FONO call rates your streamers should know
LevelVideo callAudio call
Level 1100 Beans/min100 Beans/min
Level 2200 Beans/min100 Beans/min
Level 3300 Beans/min100 Beans/min
Level 4400 Beans/min100 Beans/min
Level 5500 Beans/min150 Beans/min
Level 6600 Beans/min200 Beans/min

Withdrawal basics

Streamers withdraw by themselves every day from 8 AM to 8 PM. The policy lists 5,000 Beans for the first withdrawal and 20,000 Beans for later ones. See the FONO withdrawal policy.

Step 4: Track and support your network

Your commission is 10% of eligible streamer earnings, so active streamers matter more than registrations. Check in regularly, share tips on improving their Streamer Score, and answer questions quickly.

Mistakes that cost agencies Beans

Verification pending: the source text of the FONO Policy dated 08 December 2025 refers to “Kandy” in its recruitment restrictions. Treat the recruitment rules below as reported policy text until their applicability to FONO is confirmed, and check the current rules with your FONO agency manager.

  • Poaching – recruiting streamers from other agents or existing hosts from other agencies.
  • Double registration – letting a streamer join more than one agent.
  • Promoting other platforms to FONO users or streamers.
  • Over-promising – telling recruits they will earn a fixed amount or the maximum rate.

Penalties start at 100,000 Beans. Full details are in FONO agency rules and regulations.
